Our quality assurance department is staffed with skilled technicians and engineers that have the knowledge and expertise to measure and evaluate the chemical, physical, and dimensional attributes of molded rubber parts. Our QA staff uses the latest tools and methods to conduct material testing and evaluation on a wide variety of natural and synthetic rubber compounds. Tests are performed according to customer specifications and ASTM standards. Our testing capabilities include but are not limited to: 

• ASTM D395 Rubber Compression Set Testing 

• ASTM D412 Tensile Testing for Vulcanized Rubber 

• ASTM D471 Rubber Resistance to Liquids 

• ASTM D573 Rubber Resistance to Heat 

• ASTM D2084 Rheometer Testing for Evaluation of Vulcanization Characteristics of Rubber Compounds 

• ASTM D2240 Rubber Durometer Hardness Testing 

Our Quality Rubber Production System (QRPS) is a comprehensive plan to ensure that material at all stages of the production process conforms to internal and external customer requirements. When non-conforming material is detected, it is isolated, tagged, and delivered to our QA lab for evaluation, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Corrective actions are then formulated and implemented to prevent future non-conformance.
